Nursery Manager, Zeeba Dalston Nursery
Tina Seremba is our Nursery Manager at Zeeba Dalston Nursery. Tina has a wealth of experience in childcare and has been working in childcare for 13 years. Tina’s career path started 3 years ago with ICP – previously the Deputy Manager at Little Muffins Nursery, she was promoted to the Nursery Manager’s position in 2018. In 2019 Tina was promoted again to the Nursery Manager’s position at Zeeba Dalston, a much larger nursery.
Earlier in her career and due to her belief in education, Tina has built on her deep interest in working with children by carrying out work experiences during her degree studies (BA in Early Childhood Studies) which she achieved in 2014.
Tina’s love of education and learning means she encourages her own team to take advantage of the extensive training available to all ICP employees. Tina’s own experience of training and development has developed her skills, knowledge and experience which she uses in full to enhance the children’s environment in her current setting. Tina’s aspiration is to be an outstanding and successful manager, developing and upskilling her team in order to deliver the best outcomes for the children in her setting – she is certainly doing that!
Kevin Guzman Arroyo
Little House Nursery
“Kevin joined ICP in May 2017 as an unqualified practitioner. Through hard work and dedication, Kevin achieved his Level 4 in Education and Context within Early Years qualifying in 2019. Kevin is continuing his education and is now studying to become a qualified early years teacher.
ICP recognised Kevin’s interest in gardening and the outdoors and enrolled him onto the Level 3 Forest School Leadership programme. Kevin achieved this qualification in January 2019 and is now part of the forest school community within ICP sharing best practice and his love for all things nature.
Kevin progressed to a room leader position in March 2019 for the pre-school age group and was promoted to 3rd in charge in June 2019.

“Alice has worked at the Old Barn Day Nursery in Banstead for 6 years. Working with children has always been her passion which is what she says makes her job so enjoyable. Alice begun working in the toddler room and loved teaching and encouraging different life skills in the children from such a young age, and watching them progress. She then moved to the Pre-Prep where she discovered a joy in helping prepare children for their next big adventure starting school. Knowing I was helping that transition to go as smoothly as possible was so important.
I started my level 3 in childcare when ICP bought the Old Barn Day Nursery and Pre-Prep in November 2016. For me, it was sometimes a struggle with lots of paperwork but my tutor supported me throughout making sure I was always on top of my work and it was never becoming too much for me. Once I qualified I had the opportunity to become the Deputy Manager of the Pre-Prep which I would not have been able to do without the support of my Manager at the time showing and teaching me many different things about the role to help me progress which I am very grateful for.I was also thrilled to be part of the team that achieved the Ofsted Outstanding outcome at the Old Barn Pre-Prep in November 2018.
I am now currently expecting my own child which, without a doubt ,I will be bringing to the Old Barn Day Nursery when I return and I know it will help give my child so many opportunities as it grows up.”
