The Inspector praised the way in which “The emotional well-being of children is highly nurtured in the setting.” The report also commends the “dedicated manager and staff” for providing “consistently high expectations for every child.”
The report complimented staff for their excellent partnership with parents highlighting that they “work closely with parents from the start to find out about children’s interests and what they can do on entry”. The Inspector recognised that “this helps them to plan a rich curriculum according to children’s interests and ability.”
Parents of the Nursery also shared their views with the inspector who noted that “Parents speak highly of the setting and emphasise how staff maintained strong partnerships with them during the national lockdowns.”
Nursery Manager, Angela and her staff team are delighted with the result.
Angela said, “It has been an amazing journey with such a dedicated and loyal staff team. I am so proud of our achievement of receiving a Good outcome from Ofsted.
The nursery has gone from strength to strength and I’m so thrilled to see the nursery achieve so many other things. Parents have sent such heart filled comments with regards to the Outcome and are delighted to say we have a fantastic professional relationship with our parents and thank you for your ongoing support. We are providing high-quality childcare and you can see this within our children. We have built a secure foundation for our children to grow and develop, building positive relationships with the children and offer so many opportunities for our children to develop individual personalities.
So once again thank you to each and every one of my staff, stand tall and be proud of what we have achieved.”
